Richard was a friend and mentor and by far the very best manager I have ever worked for. He taught me a great deal that has endured for all the years I have been working, and like so many, make use of the wisdom he imparted on a daily basis. He was more than just a great manager though, he was compasionate and caring too and a great source of strength when times were difficult. He Involved the whole family and understood how important family support is. Jeanette and I will remember the Oracle days as formative in the lives of the whole family and Richard played a big part in that. Richard you will be missed by many, and your legacy will be an enduring one.
